How to open an account:

1. First download the app  ”Rail Sheba” from the Google Play Store.
2. Open the account by filling in your name, mobile number, e-mail, address, national ID information and password etc. in the sign-up option.

How to book tickets:

Now enter your bKash account number there and click on the check box in "I agree to the terms and conditions" and click on PROCEED.

9. Then check your E-Mail and a PDF copy of the ticket will appear in your email within 30 minutes.
10. Collect the main ticket from station at least 15 minutes prior to your journey by showing your print copy or soft copy of your ticket.
